Nenty Bertelsen

Nenty is an Indonesian-born Icelander who speaks fluent Indonesian, Icelandic, and English. She has a law degree from Bandung University of Law (STHB) and an MBA from the University of Iceland. Nenty's involvement in the property industry began in 2020 when she joined the Luxury Tent company and was later promoted to CEO for the development of Metal Prefab Houses, responding to the growing demand for conventional properties and wooden houses. At the same time, she established PT PMA - SBG Consulting in an exclusive cooperation with CV Alvan Jaya Construction for real estate development.

As of today, Nenty has successfully attracted FDI in Bali, involving over 50 premium villas across Bali with investors from Europe, the Pacific, Australia, and the USA.
